This is a ballpoint pen in a case.
I don't know the manufacturer well, but it's well-made and I think it's a ballpoint pen that can be used by both men and women (although it has a more feminine feel).
According to my family, it's not a commercially available product, but a commemorative item from someone, and it's a pure silver ballpoint pen that they made.
I don't feel like the entire ballpoint pen is pure silver (this is just my personal opinion), so perhaps the nib or hook part is made of pure silver.
However, there are no hallmarks indicating silver products as far as I can see.
It's a twist-action ballpoint pen, not a click-type.
I've only used it for a test write this time, but I don't know how long I've had it, so I don't know the usage situation. There are some areas that are slightly discolored.
