Batteries have been replaced, and the unit was tested. I'm not an expert, and so I cannot say it was FULLY tested, but it does seem to register accurate voltage readings when leads are applied to various sizes of batteries and electrical currents.
The right hand knob labeled as zero ohms is missing, but the post turns as it should.
Both positive and negative original leads with alligator clip are included.
Leather handle is in good overall shape with some minor wear as pictured.
