This is a stunning dress and its design is a sort of wrap appearance, but it's not wrap; it's completely enclosed and so cleverly designed. I am simply too large for it. 21 inches armpit to armpit laid flat, and 17 inches across laid flat at the waist. But it has stretch. It is Polyester with a bit of spandex in it. Such a beautiful drape. I wore it once for a video:https://youtu.be/bASLZ5BqM8IEven then I had to put a thick belt on to disguise how much bigger I am than this dress!! It's from the early 2000s. Sleeves NICE and long.
