Commercial grade multi-functional smith machine with twin pulley cables 1:1 ratio with 16 adjustments for any height cable workouts: arms, chest, back , legs, lat pull downs, power cage for bench press, squats, fixing point for bands. 5-way grip pull up bar, J hooks for dips, leg exercises using the cables, 2*80 kg stack weights (move in 5 kg increments) for the cables exercises. Includes 2x safety spotter bar to protect while working out alone. Weight limit for racks is 990 lbs and 770 lbs for the bar. Cables attach to commercial style weight stack with pick. Counter balanced with sealed bearing pulleys. Comes with jammer arms and foot plate for rows. Note: Standard Machine does NOT include bench and plate weights. Bench included with the Deluxe version and is shown in the following pictures. The bench includes preacher curl station, a leg curls & leg extension attachment, and a feet holding attachment. Plate weights included with deluxe are a set of (4)45 lbs, (2)35 lbs, (2)25 lbs, (2)10 lbs, (2)5 lbs.
