*PLAYSTATION GAVE ME AN ERROR STATING THAT IS MAY HAVE BEEN MODIFIED( SEE PHOTO) SO I REMOVED THE ITEM CAUSING THE ISSUE AND NOW ITS NOT RECOGNIZING MY PS DISCS(SEE PHOTOS) worked perfectly before chip was removed just 5 mins before... I WILL INCLUDE THE CHIP ALSO IF THATS YOUR THING.
