Sony PlayStation 3 (PS3) Fat Model No. CECHK01 FOR PARTS AND REPAIR ONLY! HAS YELLOW LIGHT OF DEATH (YLOD)! Console does not currently function.
Console was partially disassembled to pull error codes from syscon (see listing photos for error codes). New thermal paste applied to RSX & Cell and then reassembled. Optical drive, PSU, and other components presumed to function, but unable to test due to YLOD. Doesn’t include power cords or any other cables. No controllers included. No HDD but the Hard Drive’s metal tray is present in unit.
Console shows moderate signs of pre-ownership/use (see photos for condition and appearance).
Console is sold as-is and all sales are final. By purchasing, buyer understands the console does not currently function and will require professional repair or to be used for parts. No returns.
