Thermal paste replaced with Arctic MX-4

Disc drive is working. Opens and closes with no issues. Tested laser with discs and had no issues playing and installing games.

RGH3 Install.
Very reliable booting times.
Did a full 2+ hour test and did not encounter any overheating issues.
