The DVDs were purchased in France, so the supported languages are French and English.

This is a French edition, so the DVDs are Region Code 2 and PAL format. Japan is also Region Code 2, but uses the NTSC format, so it may not be playable on a standard DVD player. Please check if your DVD player can read PAL format. It seems that many computers can play it, but please check beforehand.
It can be played on a region-free DVD player.
