New without tags. Bought this and once I put it on ,i realized I am too old to be wearing anything like this,even for halloween. It's a shame because it's a really freaking cute dress. If I was in my teens or 20s I would have rocked this dress. It's peter pan collar,and apron are adorable the bows on the princess puff shoulders are adorable. Size large I dont have the measurements exactly but when I measure it flat I get a waist of 17 inches which would mean 34 inches total. Armpit to armpit i get 17 inches laying flat. I am a 38c cup and it's perfect fit. I have a 31 inch waist and the dress fits me with a little bit of room. It is true to size. These I believe are no longer sold on the website and people are selling them for pretty outrageous prices. Trust me i paid way too much for it. I will price it at 55 but open to offers
