True vintage 1930's 30's toddler little baby girls pastel light blue embroidered dress! A cute project piece. See measurements as I'm not sure on sizes. Short puff sleeves. Cream peterpan collar with ruffle detailing. Little front pockets. Full skirt. Embroidery on pockets and down front. Does have a flaws. Discoloration on skirt half in front and back. There is also a burn mark in front with a hole. Maybe could seam up or add some details to cover it. See photos. I was finding baby books dating 1931 in these boxes. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡
