Artichokes anyone ??? Ohmygosh, this is a gem. It is made of a hard plastic that goes from freezer to refrigerator to microwave to dishwasher. It comes with a blue lid for cooking and a white seal for freezing or place in the fridge. As you can see from the pics, there is a smudge on the white seal and scratches on the blue lid due to being carried from party to party. This bowl has never been used but has been on display at parties and events. Bowl hold about 2 1/4 quarts so it is perfect for veggies, just add a little water in the bottom and they steam right up. We use this one alot for soups and stews and mac n cheese. If you go online and pull up some recipes, it can also be used for casseroles for 1 or even mini cakes and desserts. Retails for about $55.
