A classic frying pan made by turk, founded by blacksmith Albert Carl Turk in 1857. Made the same way as 150 years ago, there are only 3 people that can currently make this frying pan. Therefore, only 8,000 of these pans can be made per year. Though it takes a little more maintenance than teflon pans, this sturdy pan can last 100 years with proper care, as opposed to teflon pans that wear out after a year. Great thermal storage allows this pan to be used on open flames, making it great for thick foods and outdoor use. Normalize before use.
