The packages were stored in plastic bin, some are bent but all sealed
1 Maple box is partially opened.

These were released in June of 1999, and recalled/discontinued within a week, due to their planned status as a limited time release through McDonalds, as well as the fact that there are three (3) errors of incongruence seen on tags and box:

1) copyright date on box reads 1999, while fabric tag on bear’s butt reads 1993.

2) “date of release” and “date of birth” chronologically inverted

3) “Oakbrook” is erroneously printed as “Oak Brook” on bottom of back of box.

These three aforementioned factors represent the highest number of conspicuous misprints found on any release of Beanie Babies ever released.

While the plush Beanie Baby itself is mint & sealed in box, the perforated “double door” flaps in back can be opened and closed for examining butt tag, while not removing from box. Rare and collectible find. Sold as pictured.
