Vintage 1960’s reversible day / trench / car coat. Really unique piece, handmade.
Denim side details include zig zag detail stitching (some detail stitching missing on pockets - see photos. does not take away from the look or functionality!), angled vented yokes on chest and back vent, and two pockets. The denim is a light-weight, well-worn and soft.
Red side details include zig zag detail stitching (intact), straight yokes on chest and back, and two pockets. The red fabric seems to be a light-weight red cotton blend.
Each side has 6 Royal Blackheath Golf Club (London) silver tone buttons. The coat has a total of 12 buttons. The crest on the button includes a crown, crossed golf clubs, a Scottish thistle, and a figure of a golfer. The buttons alone have vintage value.
