Heater is new but due to pour packaging it has incurred some cosmetic damage. Please see all photos as they serve as part of the description. Minor scratches, could easily covered with wood stain and the sticky residue across the top can easily be wiped down with some Goo gone. Damage is purely cosmetic does not affect the function of the heater. It has been tested and it gets very hot very quickly. Has been repackaged in bubble wrap and will ship in a generic box
