ViewSonic EP1052T-L 10.1" WXGA Meeting Room Touch Controller

The ViewSonic EP1052T-L is a meeting room touch controller with a 10.1 inch diagonal that brings schedules, way-finding, and digital messages right to the doorway. By placing this panel outside a conference room or collaboration area, employees and visitors can immediately see whether the space is free or booked and can reserve it on the spot.

The screen uses WXGA resolution at 1280 x 800, delivers 350 nits of brightness, and features an anti-glare surface. This combination keeps text and graphics readable from the hallway while a 10-point capacitive layer recognises every tap or swipe without lag.

Compatibility with platforms such as EMS, Planon, Appspace, and Pronestor means the controller can pull live calendar information from the systems your organisation already relies on. Facilities managers can also push customised graphics or announcements through the included Signage Manager Express software, letting the same device double as a small digital kiosk when a room is empty.

Installation stays clean because power and data come through a single Ethernet cable that supports Power over Ethernet. If cabling is limited, the built-in Wi-Fi 5 radio provides a wireless alternative. The Android operating system, paired with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage, runs signage content locally so there is no need for an external player.

Outside each meeting space, a colour-changing LED halo signals availability at a glance, turning green for an open room and red for a busy one. The package includes a flush wall mount and a kit for glass surfaces, and the screen can be rotated for landscape or portrait layouts.
