Vintage Red Wing Pottery Lexington Rose Covered Casserole Dish. This great vintage "Lexington Rose Pattern" covered casserole dish with handle from Red Wing Pottery is hand-painted with a rose and leaf pattern. It has a glazed exterior The base measures approximately 12" long including the handle x 8 1/2" wide. The lid measures approximately 7" in diameter. It is in very good condition with slight wear, no visable cracks or chips, minor normal age related crazing, See pictures for details. No returns on vintage. The Lexington pattern was introduced in 1941. The black “upright wing” ink stamp was used to mark items from 1941 until the late 1940s. This mark is occasionally seen in green or blue.
