This is a vintage hunter riding on top of a bison / buffalo ramp walker toy made by the Louis Marx Company.
I believe that this toy was made in the 1950's era.
The approx dimensions are 3-1/2 long x 3 tall.
The 4 legs of the buffalo move independently of each other, and when placed on a slightly declined ramp it walks down by itself making a clicking noise as each leg moves.
There is loop on the front of the Buffalo where you can tie a string and turn it into a pull toy.
The toy functions correctly. I have a video of it walking down a ramp, but I don't think I can upload it to this listing.
Note - The hunter's left leg is missing from the knee down.
