This is a Vintage Courting Couple Italian Design Signed Footed Cobalt and Gold Bowl.
This is preloved and vintage, and I think in great condition. There is some wearing of the gold (which is to be expected), and there are some spots inside the bowl, though they look like part of the process of the bowl making.
