Beautiful bright colors with red, gold, blue and orange with gold and black trim. It appears to have been hand made and hand painted. I believe it to be from around the 1950's or 60's. No signature or label to indicate who made it. It measures 4 3/4" H X 6" W X 5 3/4" D. It think it is made of cedar as I can detect a faint cedar odor. The front and sides have a floral design. The top has what looks to me like colorful clouds. The back is solid red. It has a brass latch that you could put a small lock on. It has some condition issues. There are some white spots on the top of the lid. Paint chips and wear mostly along the top edge and front corners of the top. There is an age crack on the top that goes all the way across and through. The sides are not cracked so it's not coming apart. Totally charming and will add pop of color where ever place it.
