Decor and night light 2 purpose in one. It is a bright yellow but my pictures don't show it unfortunately. The yellow cord looks like a string holding the balloon down.
Complete without packaging. No bulb included. LED bulb (preferred for energy efficiency and low heat output, especially in a plastic fixture like this one) is suggested by manufacturer.
