Vintage mink fur coat women. Real mink fur coat size Small/Medium. doesn’t appear to have a visible maker’s label, brand tag. Has a personalized monogram/embroidery of the coat’s original owner Name (Rose E. Pearson). This was very common practice with fur coats, especially mink, in the mid-20th century. High-end furriers would often customize the lining by embroidering the buyer’s name or initials into it. That way, the coat was unique to the customer (and also served as a discreet form of identification if coats were left in a cloakroom). Style & cut: The silhouette, wide collar, and double-breasted closure are characteristic of mink coats from roughly the 1950s–1970s. Overall cost is in good condition.
