Peddler dolls represent itinerant or street vendors. They are sometimes called Notion Nannies. They most often carry or have attached to their costume a myriad of miniature household items. This peddler doll seems to be handmade. Her name is Hager. She is a true Notion Nanny.
Measures approximately 15” tall. Not sure but judging by the note on paper attached to her, it’s definitely vintage and could be antique.
