Vintage 64 ounce Amber Glass PUREX jug with screw on lid. Circa 1957. This is a FIND! Rusted lid still reads “PUREX”. Bottom of bottle says “ Best Pat. Applied For” The patent was applied for in 1957 and granted in 1958. Manufacturing by Henkel and marketed in the U.S. and Canada. No chips or cracks. Perfect for bottle collectors! Smoke free, pet free home.
