I purchased this cool piece at a craft fair in the 1990's. It's 22" long. The front focal piece is made of some sort of thick paper and hand painted in red and gold with some beige with a clear shiny finish that looks like glass. It measures 5 1/8" across and is 1 1/2" wide. It is attached to a dark red silk cord. Lobster claw clasp. Signed on the back C. New or Nela. I ship same or next business day.
