Vintage Spanish Talavera Handpainted Ceramic Large Jug Serving Pitcher & Platter. Beautiful matching pitcher & platter feature bright, vibrant, colors (reds, greens, gray/black) in intricate designs. Made from tin-glazed earthenware. Both stamped Ceramica De La Cal, Puente Del Arzobispo Tolredo Espana, and are numbered. Measures-pitcher 10" tall, 6" across at widest point, 7" wide from spout to handle, 3 1/2" across bottom. Serving platter-13" across, 1 1/2" in height. Large 4 1/2" handle. Both are new, never used, display pieces only. Pitcher has pinched spout to prevent ice & fruit from poring out. Both in mint condition, some flaws noted due to being handcrafted and handpainted. Comes from a smoke free, pet free home.
