This is a vintage and very rare chatelaine medal from the US Army - World War II issue. Both components are hallmark sterling and join by a chain.
Condition: Very good just normal patina as one would expect. It looks like the metal is both silver and gold tone.
Weight: 4.8 g
Measurements: the larger medal is .75 inches tall and the small one with the stars and stripes is 1/2 tall.
