The US Military Issue Peacoat has been a tradition for generations. This one is a vintage late 1940s/50s era peacoat in heavyweight 100% Kersey wool. The Naval Clothing Depot label dates this peacoat to the post WWII era. This tag was used until 1950/51. The contract no. and other info on the tag is viewable on photos.
Double breasted with classic anchor buttons. Hidden buttons under collar. Can be worn buttoned left to right, or right to left.
