Vintage Sternauware New York 6-Piece Coaster Set
This is a beautiful and complete vintage set of drink coasters and a serving tray made by Sternauware, New York (c. 1940s–1960s). This company was known for its quality bar and serving accessories.
Set Details:
Total Pieces: 6 pieces—one large oval serving tray/trivet and five individual round coasters.
Tray:
Approx. 6.25" diameter x 1" deep
Coasters:
Each approx. 3.25" diameter
Theme: Each piece features a ceramic or porcelain insert decorated in the classic Delft Blue style, depicting a scenic Dutch canal with windmills, bridges, and boats.
Metal Holders: The ceramics are set within ornate, pierced metal holders.
Marking: Clearly marked "STERNAUWARE NEW YORK" on the large tray/trivet, "STERNAUWARE NY" on the coasters.
