This product is designed to protect against wear, and to restore and repair power steering boosters and other hydraulic equipment. With 20% more active agents compared to XADO gel-revitalizant for Power Steering Pumps, it offers significant restoration potential for worn surfaces and enhanced wear protection. During treatment, the product forms a protective metal-ceramic coating on the surfaces of the tilting and actuating mechanisms and switchgears (valve spindles). This helps restore the operational characteristics of hydraulic equipment. Despite good maintenance, high heat and friction can cause metal in power steering systems to become worn, scratched, and deformed over time. Surface layer destruction occurs in high-friction areas, where entire clusters of atoms can tear off under extreme loads. Previously, there was no way to reverse this inevitable metal wear. Application: Treatment for a hydraulic system with 1-2 L capacity: Introduce the contents of a tube or can into the hydraulic fluid, warmed up to operating temperature, in the power steering pump tank. After applying the revitalizant and starting the engine, wait 2-3 minutes and then turn the steering wheel for 5 minutes. Revitalization is complete after the mechanism has operated for 50 hours or approximately 950 miles. *Note: It is recommended to dissolve the contents of the can or tube in approximately 50 ml of used hydraulic fluid beforehand. If the fluid in the power steering pump tank is contaminated (opaque or discolored), change the hydraulic fluid before application.
