Amerex® 10 Pound High Flow Multi-Purpose ABC Dry Chemical Fire Extinguisher with wall mount bracket operates effectively at the temperature range of -65 to 120 deg F. Extinguisher featuring all metal valve construction offers twice the flow rate of standard models. Dependable drawn steel cylinder extinguisher measuring 20 1/2" X 8 3/4" X 5" has stored pressure design. Fire extinguisher with large loop stainless steel pull pin features long lasting high gloss polyester powder paint. It has a discharge range of 15 - 25' and discharge time of 10 sec. Portable fire extinguisher is ideal for applications where discharge rate more than 1 lb/sec is required as specified in NFPA 10. It uses a specially fluidized and siliconized mono ammonium phosphate dry chemical. Extinguisher chemically insulates class A fires by melting at approximately 350 deg F and coats the applied surface. Extinguisher smothers as well as breaks chain reaction of class B fires and does not conduct electricity back to the operator. Extinguisher with bar coded and bi-lingual labels can be easily maintained as well as serviced in an economic way. It is UL listed and meets DOT requirements.
